CP & D Department

The Community Participation and Development (CP&D) department, through its processes facilitates both the activities of the FE and NFE. CP&D assists the implementing departments in organizing and mobilizing the community prior to certain planned actions and enables it to comprehend and sustain certain activities through self-help basis. This is achieved through continuous organization and motivation of communities for various interventions. Since the department engages communities at the grass-root level, it can implement any community uplift programme with multiple development objectives.  The activities under the CP&D are closely coordinated with both the NFE and FE interventions to obtain maximum results.
