Democracy, Human Rights and Women Development Department

Democracy, Human Rights and Women Development Department has also been established which currently is implementing the Constituency Relations Program. The department mainly works for capacity building of communities and local bodies on democratic process in the country. The objective is to improve transparency and accountability at the local levels, leading to better governance at the union council level.
