The strength of BEFARe lies in its sound management and administration practices, a frugal and well established financial system, a strong community participation element, a fully functioning management information system and monitoring and evaluation set-up, well trained teaching staff and a large number of organization-produced and tested teaching and learning material. Its expertise also encompasses areas such as protection, health, sanitation, micro-finance and other sectors that contribute to poverty alleviation and socio-economic development of the proletariat. Substantial investments have also been made in the organizational and human resource development and presently BEFARe has a well synchronized combination of developmental professionals and administrative manpower. Additionally specific interventions are performed by BEFARe – International Services, the implementation and consultancy wing of the organization specifically established by the management of BEFARe to implement and support programs for and on behalf of donors, governmental departments and international agencies.
